5.3. If you contact us for advice about your debts we will collect information relating to your debts, your overall financial situation as well your personal circumstances. This is normally carried out over the phone and we will retain a copy of the call recording.

6.2 As noted above, We do not generally collect any personal data when you visit our Site. If you contact Us and We obtain your personal details from your email, We may use them as follows:

6.4.Where we act as a Lead Generator (and you will be notified of this on any of our websites) then we will share your details with:
- LIST THE COMPANIES BY NAME OR TYPES OF COMPANIES YOU WILL SHARE DATA WITH (I.E. Debt Counselling providers, Debt Advice providers, Charities, Insolvency Practitioners, Solicitors, Accountants; other Lead Generators).

8.1 We only keep your personal data for as long as We need to in order to use it as described above in section 6, and/or for as long as We have your permission to keep it.Where we have given you advice we will keep your data for 5 years following the end of our relationship with you (call recording may however be kept for a shorter period).
